The general aim of the Meetings is to promote the quality of the work done by young European researchers in economics and econometrics. The specific aim is to provide a better platform for top European PhD's candidates in the international job market.

This will be the eighth such conference held by Advances in Econometrics on the topics of the volume.

The conference will include lectures by the invited speakers as well as contributed sessions on all topics and from all perspectives of game theory, including applications and experimental work.

The conference will feature mostly contributed papers with formal discussion and software demonstrations on topics related to a variety of statistical research issues. Papers and demonstrations should address methodology, empirical studies, relevant issues, or needs for statistical research.
