The conference will provide a forum for academics, practioners and policy makers to present, hear, and discuss the latest research findings in the areas of urban economics, real estate markets, real estate finance, developments and investment, and housing.

Because corporate governance is at the crossroads of several disciplines (management, finance, law, and economics,...), it provides opportunities for high quality research papers. Papers that utilize any of a broad range of research methodologies and analytical frameworks will be considered.
