The conference serves as a vehicle to provide additional training to researchers new to the field of aging.

The meeting will bring together economists and other researchers who work on the analyses of risky behaviors. We hope to advance our understanding of the causes and consequences of risky behaviors and to improve strategies aimed to reduce the incident and cost of these behaviors.

CSWEP will sponsor up to two paper sessions and one panel session at the 2010 Midwest Economics Association meeting to be held in Chicago. One or two sessions are available for persons submitting an entire session (3 or 4 papers) or a complete panel on a specific topic in any area of economics.

In addition to a session on gender differences, CSWEP session topics are open and all abstracts are welcome.

We will be organizing three sessions on gender-related topics and three sessions on personnel economics topics. Electronic submission of papers can be made via the link on the website.
