Aprendizaje de las matemáticas y aplicaciones a la ingeniería
Es bien sabido que las Matemáticas constituyen la columna vertebral de cualquier carrera de Ingeniería y su correcto aprendizaje proporciona, al alumno, las herramientas necesarias para la solución de problemas diversos, a los que se enfrentará, durante su formación y cuando ejerza su profesión. Pero la gran interrogante es ¿Cómo lograr qué los alumnos aprendan y apliquen las Matemáticas en diversos contextos? Este artículo tiene el propósito de reflexionar sobre algunos aspectos que orienten hacia dicho logro y ejemplificar algunas aplicaciones de las matemáticas, a la Ingeniería Eléctrica y Electrónica, acompañadas de un análisis de prerrequisitos y sugerencias didácticas para una enseñanza eficaz y un aprendizaje excelente.
