Arbeitsmarkteffekte von Umschulungen im Bereich der Altenpflege
Im Bereich der Weiterbildungen mit Abschluss in einem anerkannten Ausbil-dungsberuf für Arbeitslose zählen Pflegeberufe sowohl bei Frauen als auch bei Männern zu den am häufigsten angestrebten Berufen im Rahmen von Umschu-lungen. Der häufigste Zielberuf in dem Feld der Pflegeberufe ist der des Alten-pflegers bzw. der Altenpflegerin. . Untersuchungen mit Prozessdaten der Bundesagentur für Arbeit zeigen, dass Umschulungen im Bereich der Altenpflege, die zwischen 2004 und 2007 began-nen, starke positive Effekte auf die Beschäftigungswahrscheinlichkeit der Teil-nehmerinnen und Teilnehmer haben und deren Arbeitslosigkeitsrisiko reduzieren. Dies gilt sowohl im Rechtskreis SGB II als auch im Rechtskreis SGB III. . Aufgrund der langen Dauer der Umschulungen werden positive Effekte aller-dings erst nach einem relativ langen Zeitraum nach Beginn der Maßnahme sichtbar. . Auch auf das Einkommen aus sozialversicherungspflichtiger Beschäftigung wir-ken sich Umschulungen im Bereich der Altenpflege in der längerfristigen Per-spektive positiv aus.
