Assessing the Cognitive Experiential State in Online Shopping Among the Post Graduate Students

The cognitive-experiential state is the active participation in events or activities, leading to the accumulation of knowledge or skill. In this study, four components of Cognitive experiential state namely skills, challenges, telepresence and speed of interactivity are taken into consideration for the study. The respondents were postgraduate students who are actively involved in online shopping. With a sample size of 201, the data were analyzed with one way ANOVA, correlation, mean and correlation. The result indicated that telepresence and the speed of interactivity highly influence the Cognitive experiential state of the respondents. There exists a huge variance in the opinion of the respondent between the cognitive experiential state and the skill of the respondents. CES has a positive correlation with all the factors.
