Belastungen der Länder und Gemeinden durch Bundesgesetze
Die Föderalismus-Kommission plant bis zum Ende dieses Jahres eine Einigung über die zukünftige Kompetenzverteilung zwischen Bund und Ländern zu erreichen. Die Länder klagen unter anderem über eine zu hohe finanzielle Belastung durch Bundesgesetze. Welchen Belastungen sind die Länder tatsächlich ausgesetzt?
