Case-Based Reasoning for Shipwreck Emergency Salvage Scheme Assisted Decision
Emergency salvage operations shall be carried out for sunken ships that have caused many adverse effects on the marine ecological environment and the passage of ships in the sea areas. The marine emergency salvage scheme needs an intelligent auxiliary support method. Therefore, this paper presents a Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) model for wreck emergency salvage. This paper constructs a case data representation method for the attributes of shipwreck cases. The subjective weight evaluation system and method of shipwreck cases by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) are constructed. The calculation method of interval similarity in shipwreck case is improved. The composite weight is obtained by integrating FAHP, Entropy Weight Method (EWM) and Criteria Importance Though Inter-criteria Correlation (CRITIC) with the Improved Game Theory (IGT) method. The structural similarity calculation method is used to further improve the rationality of case matching. The interval similarity calculation sensitivity of the CBR model is higher, and the composite similarity weight calculated is more comprehensive. The rationality and scientificity of the method are verified by an example. This method is of high value to the formulation of salvage plan
