Community Relations — good neighbour strategies
A neighbour who lives entirely behind closed doors becomes the subject of speculation, rumour and at worst, fear, founded on lack of understanding. This is as true of an organisation as it is of an individual. This paper reviews the role and value of quality community relations strategies, identifying five rules for developing those strategies.
