Was immer ein Arbeitsverhältnis sonst sein mag, es ist auf jeden Fall und nicht zuletzt eine soziale "Beziehung". Dies gilt für alle Arbeitsverhältnisse, also für das so genannte Normalarbeitsverhältnis, aber auch für alternative Formen wie beispielsweise die Leiharbeit und das Verhältnis zwischen einem selbständig tätigen Arbeitsanbieter und seinem Auftraggeber. Der vorliegende Beitrag untersucht am Beispiel der Freien Journalist/inn/en, in welcher Weise die Qualität der Arbeitsbeziehungen von den grundlegenden Merkmalen einer Sozialbeziehung bestimmt wird.
