Der Bestandsbudgetprozess im Konzern RHI AG
Da der Bestand in Unternehmen, welche sehr abhängig von der ständigen Verfügbarkeit von Rohstoffen sind, äußerst viel Kapital auf lange Zeit bindet, ist die Erstellung eines Bestandsbudgets ein langer und komplexer Prozess, bei dem sehr viele Einflussfaktoren berücksichtigt werden müssen. Es sind eine große Anzahl an Abteilungen beider Seiten - Beschaffung und Vertrieb
- involviert und es müssen viele Ressourcen und Kapazitäten zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Diese Diplomarbeit behandelt den Ablauf des Bestandsbudgetprozesses des Konzerns RHI AG. In einer Einführung werden die Eckdaten des Unternehmens präsentiert. Dann werden alle Schritte der Zentrale und der Werke für das Zustandekommen des Budgets für den Bestand des Folgejahres aufbereitet und dokumentiert. Der Prozess wird über Zeitschienen und einen Ablaufplan grafisch dargestellt. Die Verantwortlichkeiten sind in Form eines RACI (Responsible - Accountable - Consulted - Informed) zusammengefasst. Für drei der Prozessschritte werden Optimierungsmodelle, ausgehend vom klassischen Transportproblem und von der Stücklistenauflösung, entwickelt und an Hand von Beispielen erklärt. Schlussendlich erfolgt eine Weiterentwicklung bestimmter Teile des Prozesses. Für die Budgetierung des Werksbestandes wird eine Richtlinie ausgearbeitet. Auch hier werden die Verantwortlichkeiten wieder in Form von RACIs abgebildet.
