Die regionalen Arbeitsmarkteffekte der Covid-19-Pandemie : nicht nur eine Frage der Wirtschaftsstruktur

Die Covid-19-Pandemie hat beträchtliche Auswirkungen auf den Arbeitsmarkt, die jedoch nicht einheitlich ausfallen. Hier wird untersucht, ob die Arbeitsmarkteffekte der Corona-Krise tatsächlich vorwiegend auf die Betroffenheit der Wirtschaftszweige zurückzuführen sind, oder ob nach Berücksichtigung der Wirtschaftszweigstruktur auch andere Faktoren – darunter regionale Merkmale jenseits der Branchenstruktur – einen spürbaren Einfluss auf die Höhe des pandemiebedingten Anstiegs der Arbeitslosigkeit haben.
