Discurso económico sobre precio y costo
Se trata de un enfoque del costo económico, que analiza su causa, proceso y utilidad. El discurso deja sin razón, la creencia y cultura universal que los costos determinan los precios. Desde la óptica empresaria se analiza el tema con el propósito de detectar unidades de medida que permitan un conocimiento más útil para la gestión. El enfoque central es el origen del costo, tanto para la economía política como para las unidades productoras de bienes y servicios. El trabajo está dividido en ocho secciones: I. Discurso del costo; II. Apariencia y realidad; III. El realismo ingenuo; IV. Origen del fenómeno costo; V. La punta visible del iceberg; VI. El plazo económico; VII. El costo empresario; VIII. Costo del transporte automotor de pasajeros. La primera sección analiza el concepto del término costo. La segunda: que es primero, ¿el huevo o la gallina?, ¿el costo o el precio?. La tercera sección, analiza el origen del valor económico. La cuarta, observa las creencias más comunes en la relación costo-precio. La quinta centra su atención en el dato que exterioriza el hecho económico. La sexta sección, analiza la incidencia de los conceptos corto y largo plazo. La séptima, trata sobre las unidades de medidas del costo empresario. Y la última sección, la octava, es un ejemplo práctico del análisis de costo empresarial en función de la causa de variabilidad del costo.
