English abstract: This paper aims to identify and analyze the Brazilian banking institutions' transparency through the information contained in their integrated reports, according to the global guidelines established by the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). It is a simple report, with the usual language, a complete and complex report, which must be prepared with clarity and transparency and objective, both for its members and investors, and for society. The Brazilian banking institutions that have adhered to the Integrated IR report demonstrate that they contribute not only to their clients, but to all stakeholders, in a sustainable, transparent and ethical way. Its relevance to society arises, as banks present information about the organizations, their investors, shareholders, employees and stakeholders, maintaining transparency and clarity in the distribution of information, in accordance with the principles of Corporate Governance. The methodology used was the technique called content analysis, with a qualitative approach on the integrated reports of Brazilian banking institutions, restricted to aspects related to corporate governance, in order to verify how companies adhered to the model proposed by the conceptual framework , suggested by the IIRC. ata collection, in accordance with the content analysis technique, follows documentary research procedures, in which the data used were the conceptual reporting framework (IIRC, 2013) of the corporate reports of the 25 banking institutions, listed by BM & FBOVESPA. It was found that, of the banks evaluated, only 5 institutions publish the integrated report in 2016, but only 3 of these 5 institutions fulfilled all the requirements of the integrated report. Portuguese abstract: Este artigo busca identificar, analisar e salientar a transparência das instituições bancárias brasileiras, por meio das informações contidas em seus relatos integrados, de acordo com as diretrizes estabelecidas pelo International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) e pela Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Trata-se de um relatório completo e complexo, que deve ser elaborado com clareza e transparência, tanto para seus sócios e investidores, quanto para a sociedade. Nele devem conter informações como capital humano, financeiro, intelectual, de relacionamento, natural e manufaturado. As instituições bancárias brasileiras que aderiram ao RI, demonstram aqui que contribuem não só com seus clientes, mas com todos os stakeholders, de forma sustentável, transparente e ética. A metodologia utilizada foi a técnica denominada análise de conteúdo, com uma abordagem de natureza qualitativa sobre os relatos integrados das instituições bancárias brasileiras, restrito aos aspectos relacionados à governança corporativa, a fim de verificar a forma como as empresas aderiram ao modelo proposto pela estrutura conceitual, sugerida pelo IIRC. A coleta de dados, em conformidade com a técnica de análise de conteúdo, segue os procedimentos de pesquisa documental, na qual os dados utilizados foram a estrutura conceitual para relato integrado (IIRC, 2013) dos relatórios corporativos das 25 instituições bancárias, listadas pela BM&FBOVESPA. Constatou-se que, dos bancos avaliados, apenas 5 instituições publicam o relato integrado em 2016, mas apenas 3 dessas 5 instituições cumpriram todos os requisitos do relato integrado
