The Effects Review of Earning Per Share and Dividend Per Share on the Manufacturing Companies Stock Price Changes in Compare with Accepted Non-Manufacturing Companies in the Tehran Stock Exchange

Recognition of active industries in stock exchange and the effective factors on the price of their share can have critical role on the development and growth of stock exchange and that is why determination of fair price for share would be of the important tasks of securities exchange. Recognition of the above factors and their effect on the price of share will help in true deal and these result in closing the deal price of stocks to their natural price. In fact, peace and stability will happen in capital market, when orderliness and balance in pricing share would be created in capital market and it only occurs with serious and practical use of logic methods to price share. This research tends to investigate the operation of Tehran stock exchange through the years of 2006 to 2010 in relation to some of effective factors on the price changes of stocks including the earning and dividend per share and their intense relation with the share price changes. Toward this, we tend to investigate the intense co-relation between the deal price changes of 15 manufacturing companies and 12 samples of non-manufacturing companies and the above-named factors which the results of this research show that in Tehran stock exchange through the years of 2007 to 2011, the intense relation of earning and divided per share with the share price changes in manufacturing companies is more than the non-manufacturing companies, also, the intense relation of earning per share with the share price changes is more than the relation of dividend per share with the share price changes
