El diagnostico y la satisfacción de los clientes
La tendencia actual de las empresas es la implantación y utilización de herramientas que contribuyen a facilitar el trabajo de directivos y especialistas. El presente trabajo ofrece el diseño de un procedimiento para el diagnóstico y caracterización de la satisfacción de los clientes de las Empresas. Se aplicaron diferentes técnicas de obtención de información, encuestas, entrevistas, trabajo en grupo. Además se plantea la correlación existente entre la satisfacción percibida por el cliente y su grado de fidelización como elemento que determina la naturaleza de la empresa. El procedimiento se distingue de otros por sus características estructurales y su consistencia, fácil aplicación hacia otras entidades, trata también algunas ideas acerca de cómo no se extiende el empleo de técnicas y métodos por parte de los especialistas de marketing que ayuden al incremento y mejoramiento de la toma de decisiones y con ello la elevación de los niveles de eficiencia y competitividad de la organización.
