Exploring Employee Motivation and Creativity on SMEs Innovation Implementation Activities in Nigeria

Objective: The study is aimed at uncovering the impact level of employee motivation and creativity on innovation implementation among SMEs sector in Nigeria.Methodology/Technique: The study adopted a survey research method to elicit data from the sample of selected SMEs using simple random sampling technique.
