Grundsicherungsempfänger und Erwerbstätige im Vergleich: ALG-II-Bezieher schätzen ihre Gesundheit schlechter ein
Gesundheitliche Einschränkungen können bei der Arbeitsmarktintegration ein gravierendes Hemmnis darstellen. Der Kurzbericht liefert eine umfassende Beschreibung des Gesundheitszustands und des Gesundheitsverhaltens der Grundsicherungsempfänger im Vergleich zu Erwerbstätigen ohne Leistungsbezug aufgrund der Haushaltsbefragung PASS. Nach eigener Einschätzung weisen insgesamt mehr als 40 Prozent der Arbeitslosengeld-II-Empfänger schwerwiegende gesundheitliche Einschränkungen auf. Dabei sind arbeitslose Leistungsbezieher stärker betroffen als erwerbstätige Leistungsbezieher, die sogenannten Aufstocker. Noch größer ist der Unterschied im Vergleich zu Erwerbstätigen ohne Leistungsbezug.
