Hoàn thiện hoạt động marketing sản phẩm LPG dân dụng của công ty cổ phần kinh doanh khí miền Nam- Từ góc nhìn SWOT (Improving Marketing Activities for Product of Civil LPG at PVGas-using SWOT Tool)

Vietnamese abstract: Nghiên cứu sử dụng công cụ SWOT nhằm tìm ra những điểm mạnh, điểm yếu đồng thời nhận định những cơ hội và đe dọa từ môi trường bên ngoài đối với những hoạt động marketing của công ty cổ phần kinh doanh khí miền Nam (PVGas South). Từ đó, đề xuất một số giải pháp chủ yếu nhằm hoàn thiện hoạt động marketing sản phẩm LPG dân dụng.Kết quả cho thấy PVGas cần chú trọng đến chiến lược sản phẩm, chăm sóc khách hàng, truyền thông, mở rộng thị trường.English abstract: The research applied the tool of SWOT to find out the strengths, weaknesses, and verify the opportunities and threads from the external environment on the marketing activities of the PVGas South company. Then, the research suggested some solutions to improve marketing activities for product of civil LPG. The results showed that PVGas need to concentrate on product strategy, customer service, communication, and exploring markets
