Impulsberatung für Betriebe - Teil der präventiven Arbeitsmarktpolitik des AMS Österreich: Zwischenergebnisse und Lessons Learned aus der ersten Halbzeit der Programmumsetzung 1.9.2015 bis 31.12.2017
Aus dem einleitenden Teil: "Die "Impulsberatung für Betriebe" (IBB) ist ein Instrument der präventiven Arbeitsmarktpolitik des AMS Österreich und Teil des "Impulsprogrammes 2015 2019", das auch die Qualifizierungsförderung für Beschäftigte sowie die Impulsqualifizierungsverbünde umfasst. Als kostenfreies Beratungsangebot für Unternehmen aller Größen und Branchen in ganz Österreich unterstützt es betriebliche Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung mit der generellen Zielsetzung, Beschäftigte höherzuqualifizieren und deren Beschäftigung zu sichern. In der ersten Programmhalbzeit zwischen September 2015 und Dezember 2017 haben im Durchschnitt 75 BeraterInnen und ExpertInnen der vom AMS Österreich mit der Durchführung beauftragten "Arbeitsgemeinschaft ÖSB Consulting (Lead Partner) und Deloitte Consulting" mit 3.191 Unternehmen Erstgespräche durchgeführt und insgesamt 1.221 Betriebe eingehend beraten.
