International HRD in India - Developing Further Research Context

Indian HRD evolution in the history young in compared to the global HRD evolution. The international HRD is historically old in practice but not in evidential literature. After independence, the due to political and economical collaboration for development the govt. of India launched the ITEC. This scientific cooperation with the developing countries of the world has had forced India to adopt HRD at international level from standpoint of Political, Economics and Technology collaboration. Though India is ahead in HRD collaboration at global scale but systematic study on IHRD is yet rare. The author here pioneered the study on HRD collaboration in with South East Nations was the pioneering work.
