Joint Design for Adhesives
Nobody knows more about designing joints than designers do. This is as it should be and is to be encouraged. It sometimes appears to specialists of other disciplines, however, that a joint may lack certain desirable, or even necessary, features which from their particular point of view may appear obvious. The adhesive specialist has his own requirements of which the designer will be only partly aware, and this article is an attempt to increase that awareness.
