La objeción de conciencia
El yo en cuanto conciencia lleva un contenido esencial, inherente e inviolable (raíz y fundamento último de los derechos humanos), a saber la misma vida, la dignidad humana y el libre desarrollo, el cual se garantiza y protege en la medida que también lo estén la libertad de pensar, expresar y manifestar aquellos pensamientos fruto, fundamentalmente, de la libertad ideológica, religiosa y filosófica, es decir, la libertad de conciencia cuya manifestación es objeto del presente trabajo.
