Leadership and New Science
Authors highlight the importance of human management nowadays. There were observed two crucial changes. Firstly, bureaucratic system was replaced with "high performance system". Secondly, virtualization of work place. New typology of organization is derived from these major changes. As a consequence there appear two the most successful organizations: without borders and knowledge-based.
