Mixed spin-12 and spin-S Ising ferrimagnets with a crystal field
The mixed spin-12 and spin-S(S=1,32,52,72) Ising ferrimagnetic systems with a crystal field are studied within the framework of the exact recursion relations on the Bethe lattice. The phase diagrams and thermal behaviors of magnetizations are investigated numerically for the different values of lattice coordination numbers. We find that the present system shows behaviors different from pure Ising systems. The results show that there is no compensation points for the system with half-integer values.
