Modern Mechanisms of Diagnostics and Evaluation of Competentions of State Officers
Long-lasting reforms in Russia have resulted in an increasing amount of requirements for personal and professional characteristics of state officers and need in use of technologies of attraction, evaluation, selection and positioning of state officers. The main issue of different staff technologies is an objective rating of candidates. Basic and key competences, professional and management abilities, leader potential are playing a role in the evaluation of a candidate. To understand these properties a special set of characteristics is needed.
