Organizational Changes in the Bank of Baroda
The case explores how Bank of Baroda has responded to the changes in the Indian banking sector. In the last five years, several strategic changes have been initiated in the bank by Chief Managing Director (CMD) that has significant impacts on the performance of the bank.
