Regulatory capture' der Gelben Post
Die sektorspezifische Regulierung von Post und Telekommunikation soll den Missbrauch von Marktmacht in Form überhöhter Preise und anderer Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen verhindern. Ist es allerdings dem regulierten Unternehmen möglich, Einfluss auf die Regulierung zu nehmen, so ist deren Funktionsfähigkeit gefährdet. Worauf ist die politische Einflussnahme auf regulierten Märkten zurückzuführen? Welches sind die wirtschaftlichen Folgen? Was bedeutet dies für die vorgesehene vollständige Marktliberalisierüng der Gelben Post zum 1. Januar 2003?
