Teachers’ Burnout and its Relationship to Empowerment, Internal Service Quality and Perceived Inequality in Public Sector University

Education is an essential human capital input for any country to build strong society and economy. Education is a sign of advancement of particular country towards develop starts through supportive policies from Government. Teacher role in education is critical and decisive, so this present research revealed the effects of empowerment, internal service quality, perceived inequality to burnout. The results showed that burnout of teachers is negatively correlated to empowerment, internal service quality and perceived inequality
