The Balance Method of Planning
One of the most complex aspects of the economic reform is perfecting the methodology of national economic planning. For many years the balance method has been successfully used in national economic planning as a form for the scientific substantiation of the plans. This method helps achieve the coordination of the planned assignments at all levels of planning รข starting with the enterprise and ending with the central planning organs. The balances help establish the necessary proportions in the development of the individual branches and regions of the country and implement the planned distribution of the material, labor and financial resources of society. All this determines the decisive role of the balance method in the formulation of the unified national economic plan, taking into consideration the requirements of the law of planned development and other economic laws.
