The Creativity-Centric Model of the Organization

The paper describes a model of organization in dynamic environment and improves performance of the organization. It is assumed that there is a creative part of the organization which determine innovative type of organization. The key players of creativity centric organization are creative stakeholders: internal – creative employees, external – creative followers and creative managers. There are number of factors/conditions which influence the process of creativity: · Cooperative networks – the creative stakeholders have to work in communities as it is provide better creativity. · High ethics and Morality – lighten the cooperation among creative stakeholders through trust and fairness. · Personal goals and Vision of the organization – have to be in complementarity, correspond to each other as provide base for intrinsic motivation.
