The Family, as Predisposing Factors of Discrimination
Looking around us, the multitude of ethnicities, religions, races and hardly restrained interests, and the hatred of them, we notice over time, wars for power (First and Second World War), for revenge conflicts (Iran and U.S.), ethnic and interracial conflicts (Ku Klux Klan, the Holocaust), religious conflicts (Inquisition), institutional conflicts, at the human level we see tough competitions, the easier way for people who want to reach whether the power of state, institution or family. These events, more or less critical, we believe that are based on a discriminating group of people, who want the supremacy of spiritual, moral, racial, territorial, etc.. In this sense we mention fascism and his aerial race doctrine, supremacy of a single church or type of competitive conflicts between organizations in order to dominate the market. All this led me to want to study more closely the phenomenon of discrimination trigger factors underlying this phenomenon, its approach and its repercussions, how discriminator influence people around them and how discrimination harms and blurred trial, influence and change behavior.
