The Rise and Fall of the Medicare Catastrophic Coverage Act
Lays out the basic chronology of the legislature that led to the Medicare Catastrophic Coverage Act which was a major piece of social legislature in the Reagan administration which was repealed a year and half later. Discusses some lessons to be learned from that experience.
