Turnierentlohnung
Die Gestaltung von geeigneten Anreizsystemen in der Unternehmenspraxis nimmt immer mehr zu. Unternehmen verzichten zunehmend auf eine rein fixe Entlohnung ihrer Mitarbeiter und suchen vermehrt nach alternativen variablen Entlohnungsformen. Eine Möglichkeit der Gestaltung eines geeigneten Anreizsystems für Unternehmen bildet der Bereich Turnierentlohnung. Turnierentlohnung selbst ist vergleichbar mit Sportwettbewerben. Mehrere Agenten treten hierbei in einem Wettstreit um einen bestimmten Gewinnerpreis gegeneinander an. Im Falle eines Sportwettbewerbes kann sich dieser Preis beispielsweise aus einem Pokal oder einer Geldprämie zusammensetzen. In der täglichen Unternehmenspraxis erhält der Turniergewinner beispielsweise eine Beförderung oder Prämie. In den letzten Jahren entwickelte sich der Bereich Turnierentlohnung vermehrt zu einem beliebten Anreizsystem. Aus diesem Grund soll die vorliegende Arbeit vor allem ein Grundverständnis zum Thema Turnierentlohnung schaffen. Es werden zu Beginn vor allem grundsätzliche Definitionen rund um den Bereich Turnierentlohnung behandelt. Der Kernpunkt der Arbeit widmet sich jedoch vor allem detaillierten Modellanalysen. Die vorliegenden Analysen und Modelle sollen vor allem die zeitliche Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Turnierentlohnung darstellen. Beginnend mit den historischen Anfängen im Bereich Turnierentlohnung werden im weiteren Verlauf der Arbeit Weiterentwicklungen von historischen Turnierentlohnungsmodellen analysiert. Zusätzlich werden alternative Modellansätze analysiert, die sich mit speziellen Problemstellungen wie beispielsweise Sabotagemöglichkeiten in Turniermodellen beschäftigen. Abschließend soll die vorliegende Arbeit einen Ausblick auf zukünftige Entwicklungen im Bereich Turnierentlohnung gegeben.
