This report presents findings from an analysis of the implementation of Family Expectations, one of the programs examined in our Building Strong Families study, and a rigorous evaluation of program impacts on couple and family outcomes after enrollment for 15 months.

In this report, we describe the value-added model used as part of the state of Oklahoma’s Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluation System. We estimated measures of teacher and school effectiveness based on instruction provided in the 2013–2014 school year.
