Ökonomenpanel : Hoffnungsträger Biden

Volkswirt*innen an deutschen Universitäten erwarten vom neuen US-Präsidenten Joe Biden positive Wirkungen auf die Wirtschaft in Deutschland und der EU. Im aktuellen Ökonomenpanel gaben 71% der Teilnehmenden an, sie hielten Bidens Präsidentschaft für "eher positiv", 5% sogar für 2sehr positiv" für die deutsche Wirtschaft. 19% erklärten, die Wahl habe "keinen Einfluss". Die Professor*innen hoffen zudem auf eine bessere internationale Zusammenarbeit unter US-Präsident Biden, nachdem der Multilateralismus unter der Trump-Administration sehr gelitten habe.
