Новая книга известных российских ученых-экономистов представляет собой дальнейшее развитие концепции экономической социодинамики (КЭС) и теории опекаемых благ, в которых в духе релятивистской философии рассматривается возможность методологического синтеза индивидуализма и холизма. В исследовании он представлен как принцип комплементарности полезностей, в соответствии с которым допускается наличие группового интереса наряду с индивидуальными интересами членов группы. В настоящей монографии обобщены теоретические разработки авторов за последние 15 лет в области взаимодействия экономического поведения индивидуумов и государства; дана оригинальная трактовка государственной активности,в соответствии с которой нежелательное для неоклассики «вмешательство государства» замещается его легитимным участием в хозяйственной жизни общества. Представленный в книге междисциплинарный метод исследования нормативных интересов общества и категории «социальная полезность» существенно расширил границы экономического анализа.Особое внимание авторы уделяют проблеме «изъянов» парламентских решений, допускающих искажения общественных интересов. В книге рассматриваются институты гражданского общества и конкретные механизмы, ограничивающие произвол государства в формировании и реализации общественных интересов. <P> The new book of the well-known Russian economic scientists represents the further development of The Concept of Economic Sociodynamics (The CES) and of The Theory of Patronized Goods, in which, in the spirit of relativistic philosophy, the possibility of synthesis of methodological individualism and holism is considered. In a study it is represented as the principle of complementarity of the utilities,in accordance with which an availability of the group interest is accepted and assumed along with the individual interests of the members of the group. The present monograph, summarizes the theoretical development of the authors in the last fifteen years in the field of interaction between the economic behavior of the individuals and the state; an original interpretation of the state activity is given, whereby the undesirable for neoclassicism "government intervention" is replaced by its legitimate participation in the economic life of society. The interdisciplinary research method of the regulatory normative interests of society and of the category of "social utility", which is represented in the book, considerably expanded the boundaries of economic analysis. Particular attention is paid to the problem of "flaws" of the parliamentary decisions, allowing distortion of public interests. The book examines the institutions of civil society and the specific mechanisms that limit the arbitrariness of the state in the formation and in the implementation of public interests.
