النقود الإسلامية في عصر التشريع (Islamic Money in the Era of Legislation)

Arabic abstract: المستخلص: هذا البحث تحقيق في النقود التي كانت متداولة في حاضرتي الحجاز عند البعثة النبوية، ويكتسب أهميته من زاويتين أولهما: إن هذه النقود قد عرفت بها فرائض شرعية تخص النظام المالي والجنائي مثل أنصبة الزكاة والديات والقطع وأورش الجنايات، وثانيهما وهو الأهم: إن هذه النقود كانت موضوعاً لأحكام تتعلق بها من حيث هي أداة لها وظائف محددة في النظام الاقتصادي وأبرز هذه الأحكام الاكتناز والصرف والسلَّم والربا والزكاة.إن إنفاذ هذه الأحكام لا شك يترك آثاراً محققة في الحياة الاقتصادية. وهذا البحث محاولة للتعرف المتثبت على نقود عصر التشريع وما تعلق بها من أحكام، وما ينتج عن ذلك من آثار تأصيلاً لاقتصاد إسلامي. English abstract: This paper is a research on the types of Abstract: money circulating in Hijaz at the time of the prophetic mission. Its importance is related to two facts: Firstly, these types of money define certain religious commandments related to the criminal and financial systems. Secondly, they were subject of many Islamic rules (Hoarding, Usury, Currency exchange…,) which had been related directly to the functions of money in the economic system. The implementation of the monetary rules would lead to certain effects on the economic life. Hence, this research is an attempt to introduce the money of the legislation era and to analyses the effects of these rules in an Islamic economy
