A COMPANY’S VIABILITY: ESSENCE, SPHERE OF APPLICATION AND METHODOLOGIAL BASES FOR ESTIMATION
In the article there is offered the author’s interpretation of the essence of the term «viability of an enterprise», it is described feasibility of its use in a crisis management process (identification of crisis and its profoundness) and in economic management (a target imperative, a basis of creation of tools). It is offered a model which incorporates 5 components (parameters) of viability and allows to give reasons (sequence) for losing viability as a result of their violation. It is presented a methodological approach to the estimation of a viability state, availability of crisis and its type at the corporate level. The use of viability is described in certain instruments of economic management.
