A Critique of Bourgeois Demand Analysis
The analysis of demand, or as it is often called in foreign literature, "demand analysis," is the oldest trend in econometrics. The first work in this area, related in nature to modern econometric studies, was that of the American economist H. L. Moore, who back in 1914 attempted to draw up empirical equations of demand curves for several farm products (rye, hay, barley and potatoes). (>u>1>/u>)
