A Higher Level of Industrial Specialization

The theses of Comrade N. S. Khrushchev's report to the 21st Congress of the CPSU give a great deal of attention to the specialization and cooperativization of industry and other branches of the national economy. And this is understandable : specialization and cooperativization constitute one of the chief conditions for increasing the productivity of labor, lowering production costs and improving the quality of finished manufactures. The expansion and perfecting of specialization and cooperativization are extremely important in regard to the Belorussian SSR.
