A Study on Impact of Digital Financial Inclusion through Neo Banking Perspective among Youth-A Structural Equation Model Approach
This study seeks to understand the impact that neo banking has had on the financial inclusion of the youth population in Bangalore. This study will also evaluate what challenges remain in terms of full-fledged financial inclusion of the youth and what steps must be taken in order to overcome those challenges. This research is conducted through primary sources in order to provide a comprehensive overview of how neo banks have helped to increase access to banking and financial services for youth in Bangalore from 71 responses. Chi square test is done for evaluate the hypothesis and Structural Equation Model was employed for data analysis. The factors impact of neo banking on the financial inclusion of the youth, both in terms of access to banking services and accessing better financial products such as access, trust, financial literacy, and product availability. The results of this study is positive impact on the financial inclusion of the youth, with users reporting better access to banking services and products, and there are still significant challenges to achieving full-fledged financial inclusion of the youth using SEM Model. This study would help to shape financial inclusion policy initiatives that target the youth in an effort to promote greater financial inclusion
