Actual Problems of Didactics of Legal Education

Study of problems of contemporary legal education is still an actual task for improvement of academic work and reforming of educational activity of national higher school in general. The most perspective direction in methodical support of training process in legal education is a transfer to the methods of constructive didactics and start of pedagogics of cooperation.
