La acumulación de capital trasgresora de la organización económica (The Accumulation of Capital, Transgresor of the Economic Organization)

El artículo se propone darle continuidad a las propuestas teóricas hechas en dos artículos anteriores, en los que se sostuvo la existencia de una relación entre el proceso de acumulación, la inequidad en la distribución del ingreso nacional entre los factores de la producción, y por tanto el desequilibrio en el uso de éstos, y finalmente, el rompimiento del proceso de acumulación expresado como una crisis general de producción. Así, el objetivo que se propone analizar y discutir este trabajo es el proceso mismo de acumulación de capital (o sea el proceso de producción en una sociedad dominada por el capital) para descubrir en él las relaciones implícitas que lo determinan, y que lo conducen a generar una estructura de remuneraciones a los factores de la producción que no corresponde con las necesidades y recursos de la población. Se propone entonces la acumulación de capital como un proceso que resulta en la formación de un Fondo de Acumulación Redundante y un Fondo de Consumo Redundante que le dan fundamento al debilitamiento y control de las condiciones del mercado, y a lo que denominamos la “endogenización” de la competencia. Se concluye con algunas ideas para evitar que el proceso productivo se oriente hacia la creación de dichos Fondos y desarrollar una estructura económica más eficiente y eficaz. Abstract:The article intends to give continuity to the theoretical proposals made in two previ-ous articles, in which the existence of a relationship between the accumulation process, the inequality in the distribution of national income among the factors of production and, therefore the imbalance in the use of these, and finally, the breaking of the process of accumulation expressed as a general crisis of production. Thus, the objective that is proposed to analyze and discuss this work is the very process of capital accumulation (that is, the production process in a society dominated by capital) to discover in it the implicit relationships that determine it, and that they lead it to generate a remuneration structure for production factors that does not correspond to the needs and resources of the population. The accumulation of capital is then proposed as a process that results in the formation of a Redundant Accumulation Fund and a Redundant Consuming Fund that give foundation to the weakening and control of market conditions, and what we call "endogenization" of the competition. It concludes with some ideas to avoid that the productive process is oriented towards the creation of these Funds and to develop a more efficient and effective economic structure
