Aircraft Leasing
Der Luftverkehr wird in den nächsten Jahren und Jahrzehnten weiter kräftig ansteigen. Getrieben wird diese Entwicklung durch die wachsenden Einkommen in den Schwellenländern, die dort zu einer immer größer werdenden Mittelschicht führen, die ähnliche Konsum- und Reisebedürfnisse hat wie die Bevölkerung in den Industrieländern. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird auch die Nachfrage nach Flugzeugen weiter zunehmen. Die neuen Flugzeuge müssen nicht nur produziert und betrieben, sondern auch finanziert werden. In den letzten Jahren hat der Anteil der Flugzeuge, die nicht direkt von den Airlines, sondern von Leasingunternehmen erworben werden, stark zugenommen. Damit erfolgt auch die Finanzierung durch das Leasingunternehmen, welches die Flugzeuge dann an die Airlines vermietet. [...]
