Altersspezifische Personalpolitik: Wie Betriebe auf die Alterung ihrer Belegschaften reagieren
Das sinkende Arbeitskräfteangebot und die zunehmende Alterung der Belegschaften stellen die betriebliche Personalpolitik vor besondere Herausforderungen. Betriebe müssen nach neuen Wegen suchen, ihren Arbeitskräftebedarf zu decken, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit des Einzelnen zu erhalten und ein alter(n)sgerechtes Arbeiten zu ermöglichen. Anhand des IAB-Betriebspanels wird untersucht, wie sich der Einsatz altersspezifischer Maßnahmen entwickelt hat und welche Unterschiede dabei zwischen Betrieben verschiedener Wirtschaftszweige und Größenklassen bestehen.
