An Evaluation of Modis Visit to Bangladesh

Bangladesh and India are two neighboring states in South Asia. They have historical relations with each others. It was a single country till 1947. After Bangladesh's independence from Pakistan Indo-Bangla relationship got new momentum because of Indian help during the liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971. After independence of Bangladesh bilateral relations with India experienced multidimensional phases due to several reasons. Signed a long list of agreements and MoUs between these two nations. Recently Indian Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi visited Bangladesh during 6-7 June 2015. A number of agreements and understanding were signed and renewed during his visit.
