An Important Economic Problem
In recent years the Soviet Union has scored major successes in developing the most modern branches of industry, such as chemicals, electronics, and machine building. The 1964 plan has been successfully fulfilled. This year the national income, utilized for consumption and accumulation, will rise by 8%, and the gross output of industry - by 8.1%.
