Analisa Pengaruh Suku Bunga, Inflasi dan Pendapatan terhadap Permintaan Kredit Griya Utama Pada Bank BTN Cabang Medan.

The title of this research is “Analysis influences of Interest Rate, Inflationand Income against Demand of Kredit Griya Utama at Bank BTN Branch Medan.This research use time series data from 1990 to 2004. The purpose of thisresearch are to discover is there any connection or absolutely none connectionbetween interest rate, inflation, income against Demand of Kredit Griya Utama atBank BTN Branch Medan.This research use a model of ordinary least square. The data proceed bySPSS version 10.0. The result of the estimation has showed negative relationfrom interest rate and inflation against demand of Kredit Griya Utama. Even thepositive relation are showed by income percapita against demand of Kredit GriyaUtama. In other words rise in interest rate and inflation caused reduced bydemand of Kredit Griya Utama. Even the rise of income per capita will causedrise of demand of Kredit Griya Utama.Be posted with this variables, the principle of OLS (Ordinary LeastSquare) can used to make the estimation. The result of the estimation has showedthat interest rate and inflation have negative influence and significant againstdemand of Kredit Griya Utama. And the other way income per capita have apositive influence and significant against demand of Kredit Griya Utama at BankBTN Branch Medan from 1990 to 2004.
