Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penawaran Tenaga Kerja Wanita Di Kota Binjai
Women as one of human resources in the labor market, especially in Indonesia has a large contribution, in the sense that the number of women who offer themselves to work enough. The amount of the bid for the work of women in the labor market is influenced by common factors of economic poverty, and the limitations of the husband to meet the needs of family life. The dependence of life on the part of men who do not adequately encourage women to offer themselves in the job market.The purpose of this research is to find and analyze several factors that affect female labor supply in the labor market, including age, educational level, presence of children / dependents, marital status, income / salary women and income / wage families.The data used in this study are primary data and research method used is the method of data collection using interviews and questionnaires, and the method of multiple linear regression analysis with ordinary least squares method (Ordinary Last Square / OLS).Empirical results of this study suggest that age, education, the status of self, and family income did not significantly affect female labor supply, while the number of children / dependents, and income / salary of women is a real significant effect on female labor supply.
